The experience acquired from Carbone Lorraine's aeronautics and railway applications allowed for the development of materials for motorcycle brake systems in 1994. There presence in racing activity since then with Dominique Meliand's Suzuki Endurance Racing Team - Endurance and Superbike - and Herve Moineau enhanced there products. (sintered and carbon/carbon)

Carbone Lorraine choose to develop its products for all two wheeled applications (road, off road, scooter) and is now in position to propose tailor made material to its customers. Close relationships with Yamaha Motor France, Peugeot, MBK as original equipment are an indication as the Carbone Lorraine know-how on the motorcycle field. Carbone Lorraine's range also applies to the snowmobile, ATV and more recently to mountain bike applications. Their unceasing presence in racing activity allow Carbone Lorraine to keep the performance of their products and development teams at their best. Each year a new racing compound is developed in collaboration with the best teams.

We supply Carbone Lorraine brake pads in three different compounds, listed below
